Saturday, July 20th

9:00 – 10:15	Field Session 1	LFA Training Center/Outdoor - Under the microscope –A detailed look at the micro components of Soccer. How coaches see the game, a fundamental prerequisite for good coaching and for world class player education
10:30 – 12:00	Field Session 2	LFA Training Center/Outdoor - Observing and coaching the game in natural soccer situations. Player decision making to outwit the opponent. Taking detailed knowledge and coaching practice into game related sessions.
12:00 – 1:00	Lunch break
1:00 – 2:00	Lecture 1	LFA Training Center/Indoor - A look at the research on elite performance and elite player behavior. Howto transfer the knowledge into education for player development for generation Z.
2:00 – 3:00	Lecture 2	LFA Training Center/Indoor - Under the microscope. Cross referencing and reviewing the morning field sessions with role model examples (solidifying the coach education process)
3:00 - 3:15	Q&A	Q&A LFA Auditorium

Sunday, July 21st

9:00 – 10:15	Field Session 3	LFA Training Center/Outdoor - Goalscoring (Under The Microscope)A detailed look at the lost art of coaching goal scorers. Timing, Body Morphology, Disguise, Predator Instincts, The unexpected and more
10:30 – 12:00	Field Session 4	LFA Training Center/Outdoor - Street Soccer and letting football break out Flow, Wait, Move, Stand Still, Change Direction, Run off The Ball. Creating goal scoring opportunities in game related practices. Possession, Patience, Arrogance and Goals
12:00 – 12:45	Lunch break
1:00 – 2:30	Lecture 3	LFA Training Center/Indoor - Coach education workshops, group exercises and review of the weekends learning outcomes
2:00 – 3:00	Closing Q&A	Q&A LFA auditorium

Mike Phelan

Mike has won almost every honor in the game and is unique to have achieved this across multiple roles as a Player, a Coach, an Assistant Manager, and a Manager. A multiple Premier League winner, Champions League winner, FA Cup winner, Charity Shield winner, World Cup Trophy winner and Manager of The Month winner.

David Horrocks

David is a former Head of Research and Development at Manchester United operating as a senior personnel reporting into the CEO, Director of Football, and owners. His responsibility being best in class operations across areas such as technology, the coaching process, performance analytics, science, psychology, and performance operations in elite environments.

Paul McGuinness

Paul worked at Manchester United's Academy for 24 years as Head of the Academy and was a coach of the U18 team. In his leadership role at the club he oversaw the development of the likes of Rashford, Welbeck, Evans, Pogba, Lingard, McTominey and Kobbie Mainoo.
